Felicitation of His Eminence Cardinal Filip Ferrao at Raj Bhavan in Presence of H. H. Shree Shree Shree Sadguru Bhau Maharaj

His Holiness Shree Shree Shree Sadguru Bhau Maharaj ji was invited by the Honorable Governor of Goa Shri P.S. Sreedharan Pillai ji for gracious presence for the felicitation function of His Eminence Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao.
In a historic moment for Goa, Pope Francis picked Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao as one of 21 new cardinals at the Vatican. His Eminence Cardinal Ferrao thus became the first-ever archbishop of Goa to elevate to the cardinalate after 465 years and is the only sixth person of Goan origin to attain the rank.

On this special occasion, the Honorable Governor of Goa Shri P. S. Sreedharan Pillai ji with His Holiness Shree Shree Shree Sadguru Bhau Maharaj ji, Chief Minister of Goa Hon. Shri Pramod Sawant ji and Minister of Transport, Industry and Panchayat Hon. Shri Mauvin Godinho felicitated His Eminence Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao.

During this function, His Holiness Shree Shree Shree Sadguru Bhau Maharaj ji congratulated Cardinal Ferrao and wished him the best for the future. During the brief speech, His Holiness Sadguru Bhau Maharaj ji also said that “He including Shree Shree Shree Sadguru Parwadeshwar Maharaj ji has been in touch with Cardinal Ferrao for more than a decade since Ferrao was entitled as the Archbishop of the Goa.” H. H. Sadguru Bhau Maharaj ji also conveyed the message that we all are the one, we all are children of God. We all should take care of each other and take care of mother nature. The future generation should also get nature’s gifts in the same way that we get benefits from it now.

His Eminence Cardinal Ferrao thanked His Holiness Sadguru Bhau Maharaj ji for the gracious presence and wished to work together in future for the welfare of the common people.
